• Please note that group room rate reservations cannot yet be made online through the hotel web site.

• Please call the Hotel and be sure to state that you are attending the "International Symposium & Workshop 2006" to obtain the group room rate.

Room reservations must be received by the hotel by July 9, 2006. Reservation request received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis up to the group block. If the group rate is not available after the cutoff date, the prevailing rack rates will apply for any reservations confirmed.
