which will be distributed to you at the conference. All abstracts will
undergo peer review using the following criteria:

Abstracts from
a diversity of countries are strongly encouraged

Please carefully adhere to the following instructions:

All abstracts, resumes or position postings must be
limited to no more than one 81/2" ×11" or A4 page, typed in a 10-point
or larger font
|
 |
Include a concise title that reflects the content of
your abstract or presentation
|
 |
List the names of all authors
including complete institutional affiliation, surface
mailing address, telephone, fax, and email address after the title. Asterisk
(*) the name of the author(s) who will present the paper at the meeting

All presenters
and attendees must be registered participants in the Symposium & Workshop.
Paid registration must be received by the deadline below in order to reserve your place
on the program and in the Conference Proceedings

the Conference Proceedings will be sent upon confirmation of your
